Manisha Bhatia
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Manisha Bhatia is a social impact entrepreneur and leader who is sincerely passionate about embedding the ‘Education for Life’ approach for fostering social development around the world. She tributes her familial heritage in New Delhi for instilling in her a deep sense of service to society. Living up to this spirit, she founded Abhinandan in 2009 with a strong belief that the seeds of social change one sows & nurtures today will bear manifold fruits in the future. Since 2009, she has led Abhinandan in impacting over 2 million lives across India. Now, after fulfilling her maternal duties, she is leading the next phase of expansion at Abhinandan with a renewed vigour and direction to realise her vision of bridging social gaps and accomplishing global development goals.

Simmy Mehtani
(Senior Member, Abhinandan) I am Simmy Mehtani, a teacher by choice and profession. I aspire to nurture and shape young minds, ignite the spark of passion and humanity in my students, and prepare them to face the world from a young age. I am on a journey to constantly better myself, teach as well as learn as I move forward is my way of giving back to society and helping others.
Mr. Ranjan Bargotra
Ranjan is an adman with over 35 years of leadership experience in building brands, managing people, and running a business. As President, he led Crayons Advertising for 24 years during which the agency grew to become India’s largest independent agency. He was instrumental in building brands like Kajaria Tiles, Fortis Healthcare, Kohinoor Rice, ITC Fortune Hotels, and APL Apollo among others. Ranjan has worked closely with India’s top politicians and handled over two dozen election campaigns for political parties like BJP, Congress, and some regional parties too. His ability to connect with people from varied backgrounds, ideology, and age groups make him a people’s person. He is also on the advisory board of Wold Intellectual Foundation and a startup in the Digital Health space. At Abhinandan he lends his creative supervision and strategic communication direction to help reach its audience and stakeholders.
Mahesh Singh
An Enthusiast Entrepreneur with 25 +years in the National and International Market. During my last 25years in the IT Industry, I have scaled up from Sales Executive to Head – Information Security to Country Manager. The journey as Entrepreneur for the last 14 years has been a wonderful experience both Mentally and Professionally. Responsibilities included handling Asia Pacific, Saarc Countries, Middle East, and Africa for Professional Services, Implementations, Information Security Consulting, and Training. This success has been achieved due to my ability to take quick Sales and Marketing overview, make rapid transition from direct sales to channel sales, and yet again to enterprise sales as well as my ability to bring about large partnerships. Specialties: Strong Leadership and Management Skills. Ability to start fresh anytime and build a Platform.
